4. Return and Exchange Policy

• Jewelry items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with original receipt
• Items must be in original condition with all tags and certificates
• Custom-made jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange
• Exchange value will be based on current market rates
• Making charges are non-refundable

5. Quality and Certification

All our jewelry comes with proper certification for authenticity. We guarantee the purity and quality of our products as stated in the accompanying certificates. Customers are advised to verify certificates at the time of purchase.

6. Repair and Maintenance

• We offer repair services for jewelry purchased from our store
• Repair charges vary based on the type of work required
• Typical repair time is 7-15 working days
• We are not responsible for items not collected within 90 days

7. Custom Orders

Custom jewelry orders require:

• 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation
• Final design approval before production begins
• Balance payment before delivery
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

8. Liability

Kailash Chand Vinod Kumar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh.
